It never fails to impress us that Ireland is one of the most idyllic places on earth. Nothing bears this more that a luxury stay at Castle Leslie Estate and Spa. Located just south of the boarder with Northern Ireland - 60mins from Belfast / 90 minutes from Dublin, the estate is nestled on 1,000 acres of undulating Irish countryside, dotted with ancient woodlands and glittering lakes.  

Filming for a new series "Ladies and Ladles" to be shown next season on RTE, we were blessed with a stunning sun rise and light winds at this visually striking location for the entire day. Our rig, flying with the Canon C300 performed flawlessly and first impressions on playback the footage looks simply amazing. 

In true Irish hospitality the day was brought to an end with a helping of the most delicious potato & leek soup in Conors Bar.  Our thanks to Brian the General Manager for looking after us throughout the day.
